Joe Skrypka is the Home Inspection Guy. A 30 year plus resident of Hamilton, Joe attended McMaster University where he earned a B.Comm. and an M.B.A. degree. |
Accomplishments: Graduated with high standing from the Carson Dunlop Home Inspection Program. This comprehensive Canadian based program covers all aspects of home inspection from building structure to electricity, plumbing, roofing, insulation, heating and air conditioning. Completed the Home Inspection Certificate program at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario. Successfully completed courses and examinations to show competence in interpreting the Ontario Building Code, as it applies to residential structures. Joe holds the designation of Designer for Part 9 residential structures and is qualified by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. Joe is a Registered Home Inspector (RHI) with the Ontario Association of Home Inspectors. Joe is a CERTIFIED MASTER INSPECTOR. Joe is a Certified Mould Inspector, trained by ProLab, North America's largest environmental testing laboratory, and a registered member of the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants. Joe continually participates in professional development activities to keep current with accepted building inspection practises. |
